
President of Oxford Group Productions, Lowe is a recognized producer and entrepreneur who brings a unique blend of experience and leadership to artistic programming and projects in international film production, Network and Cable television movies, and the Theatre. Represented by ICM, one of Hollywood's most influential talent agencies, Lowe began her career in the film industry as a professional actor, studying at the American Academy, later with Stella Adler, and ultimately accepted into The Actors Studio. As a theatrical producer, Lowe has produced numerous well-received national shows. The distinguished production of "Down Winder Dance" starring Sara Gilbert entails the 1950s Atom Bomb testing in Utah and its effect on the farmers and livestock living downwind of the nuclear blasts. Finally, in 1997, the United States government accepted partial responsibility for the terrible aftermath on the citizens of Utah. However, ironically, most of the victims with cases against the government are now deceased. Lowe produced the highly acclaimed, The Avenging Angel starring Tom Berenger, Charlton Heston, and James Coburn for Turner Pictures with worldwide release. With the successful result of Turner's backing, Ms. Lowe looks forward to re-teaming on future productions.
Currently Lowe has over 65 hours of footage for her new documentary, STANDING FOR WHAT IS RIGHT, which focuses on the U.S. Justice Department under several administrations, plus last interviews with historical public figures who helped create some of the most impactful laws governing America today. The film company’s production roster includes a comedy crime caper, SEXY GIRLS.
